1. Palvelun kuvaus
AIGhostTools tarjoaa digitaalisia palveluita etänä sähköpostitse. Palvelua tarjoaa Jelena (kevytyrittäjä, UKKO.fi). Palvelut:
- Verkkosivut — ammattimaiset staattiset HTML-verkkosivut, 890 € + alv 25,5 %, toimitusaika 1–2 viikkoa
- Monthly Growth Partner — kuukausittainen digitaalinen kumppanuus, 1 900 € + alv 25,5 % / kk
Kaikki palvelut toimitetaan etänä sähköpostitse. Ei palavereita eikä puhelinneuvotteluita.
2. Verkkosivut — toimitusehdot
Verkkosivupaketti (890 € + alv 25,5 %) sisältää: 3–5 sivua, mobiiliresponsiivisuuden, yhteydenottolomakkeen, SEO-perusasetukset, asennuksen asiakkaan hostille ja 30 päivän korjaustakuun. Ei sisällä: domainea, webhotellia, tekstisisältöä, kuvia, logoa eikä verkkokauppaa.
3. Verkkosivut — maksuehdot
- 50 % (445 € + alv 25,5 %) — projektin aloitushetkellä
- 50 % (445 € + alv 25,5 %) — verkkosivujen luovutushetkellä
Maksu voidaan suorittaa myös kerralla (890 € + alv 25,5 %) asiakkaan toivomuksesta. Laskutus UKKO.fi:n kautta. Maksuaika 14 päivää.
4. Monthly Growth Partner — sisältö
Kuukausittainen palvelu (1 900 € + alv 25,5 % / kk) sisältää:
- Google Business Profile -hallinta: 4 postausta/kk + arvosteluvastaukset
- AI-näkyvyysraportti (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Kilpailija-analyysi: 3 kilpailijaa/kk
- 1 sivustopäivitys/kk
- Kuukausiraportti sähköpostilla
Palvelu vaatii managerpääsyn asiakkaan Google Business -profiiliin. Pääsy peruutetaan palvelun päättyessä.
5. Monthly Growth Partner — laskutus ja irtisanominen
- Laskutetaan kuukausittain etukäteen
- Irtisanomisaika: 30 päivää kirjallisesti sähköpostilla
- Ei sitoutumisaikaa
6. Peruutusehdot — verkkosivut
Tyytymättömyys tarkistusvaiheessa: projekti voidaan keskeyttää maksamalla 445 € + alv 25,5 % (50 %). Julkaisun jälkeen ei peruutuksia.
7. Tekijänoikeudet
Valmistuneet verkkosivut ovat asiakkaan omaisuutta. Toteutuksessa käytetään avoimia standardeja ilman käyttörajoituksia.
8. Muutokset ja jatkokehitys
- 125 €/tunti + alv 25,5 % — verkkosivujen lisämuutokset Monthly Growth Partner -paketin yhden kuukausipäivityksen ylittävältä osalta
- Suuremmista muutoksista voidaan sopia kiinteä hinta etukäteen
9. Palvelun vastuut
AIGhostTools vastaa: verkkosivujen teknisestä toteutuksesta, mobiiliresponsiivisuudesta, 30 päivän korjaustakuusta ja Monthly Growth Partner -palvelun kuukausittaisesta toimittamisesta sovitussa laajuudessa.
AIGhostTools ei vastaa: hakukonesijoitusten takuusta, Google-algoritmin muutoksista, tekoälysisällön yksittäisistä asiavirheistä, Google Business Profile -tilin Googlen toimesta tapahtuvista rajoituksista eikä hosting-palveluiden häiriöistä.
10. Vastuunrajoitus
AIGhostToolsin kokonaisvastuu rajoittuu enintään asiakkaan maksamaan kuukausi- tai projektimaksuun. Epäsuorista vahingoista tai menetetyistä tuloista ei vastata.
11. Ylivoimainen este
Viivästyksistä ylivoimaisen esteen (sähkökatkos, sairaus, tietoliikennehäiriö) johdosta ei vastata. Toimitusaikataulu sovitaan uudelleen kirjallisesti.
12. Soveltuva laki
Suomen laki. Toimivaltainen tuomioistuin: Etelä-Pohjanmaan käräjäoikeus (Seinäjoki).
13. Muutokset ehtoihin
Muutoksista ilmoitetaan sähköpostilla vähintään 30 päivää etukäteen.

1. Service description
AIGhostTools provides digital services remotely via email. The service is provided by Jelena (light entrepreneur via UKKO.fi). Services:
- Website — professional static HTML website, $990 + VAT where applicable, delivery in 1–2 weeks
- Monthly Growth Partner — monthly digital partnership, $2,210/month + VAT where applicable
All services are delivered remotely via email. No meetings or phone calls.
2. Website — delivery terms
The website package ($990 + VAT where applicable) includes: 3–5 pages, mobile responsiveness, contact form, basic SEO, installation on your host, and a 30-day fix guarantee. Not included: domain, hosting, text content, images, logo, or e-commerce.
3. Website — payment terms
- 50% ($495 + VAT where applicable) — at project start
- 50% ($495 + VAT where applicable) — upon delivery
Payment may also be made in full ($990 + VAT where applicable) at the client's request. Invoiced via UKKO.fi. Payment terms: 14 days.
4. Monthly Growth Partner — what's included
Monthly service ($2,210/month + VAT where applicable) includes:
- Google Business Profile management: 4 posts/month + review responses
- AI visibility report (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini)
- Competitor analysis: 3 competitors/month
- 1 website update/month
- Monthly report via email
The service requires manager access to the client's Google Business Profile. Access is revoked when the service ends.
5. Monthly Growth Partner — billing and cancellation
- Billed monthly in advance
- Notice period: 30 days in writing via email
- No minimum commitment period
6. Cancellation terms — website
If unsatisfied during the review stage, the project may be cancelled upon payment of $495 + VAT where applicable (50%). No cancellations after launch.
7. Copyright and ownership
The completed website is entirely the client's property. Open standards are used with no usage restrictions.
8. Changes and further development
- $135/hour + VAT where applicable — additional website changes beyond the one monthly update included in Monthly Growth Partner
- A fixed price may be agreed in advance for larger changes
9. Service responsibilities
AIGhostTools is responsible for: technical implementation of websites, mobile responsiveness, 30-day fix guarantee, and monthly delivery of Monthly Growth Partner services within the agreed scope.
AIGhostTools is not responsible for: search engine ranking guarantees, Google algorithm changes, individual factual errors in AI-generated content, Google's restriction or suspension of a Google Business Profile account, or hosting service outages.
10. Limitation of liability
AIGhostTools's total liability is limited to the monthly or project fee paid by the client. No liability for indirect damages or lost revenue.
11. Force majeure
No liability for delays caused by events beyond AIGhostTools's control (power outage, illness, network failure). Delivery schedule will be renegotiated in writing.
12. Applicable law
Finnish law applies. Competent court: Etelä-Pohjanmaa District Court (Seinäjoki, Finland).
13. Changes to terms
Changes will be communicated by email at least 30 days in advance.
