Yhteenveto

AIGhostTools kerää asiakkailtaan vain ne tiedot, joita tarvitaan palvelun tarjoamiseen. Mitään tietoja ei myydä eteenpäin, luovuteta kolmansille osapuolille tai käytetä muihin tarkoituksiin. Palvelua tarjoaa Jelena (kevytyrittäjä, UKKO.fi).

Mitä tietoja kerätään

Kun lähetät briiffin tai otat yhteyttä, keräämme:

  • Nimi — tunnistamista varten
  • Sähköpostiosoite — yhteydenottoa ja laskutusta varten
  • Viesti / briiffin sisältö — projektin ymmärtämistä varten
  • Puhelinnumero — vain jos luovutat sen vapaaehtoisesti
  • Yrityksen tiedot — verkkosivuprojektia tai Monthly Growth Partner -palvelua varten

Monthly Growth Partner — erityismaininta

Monthly Growth Partner -palvelussa asiakas myöntää AIGhostToolsille managerin pääsyn Google Business -profiiliinsa. Tätä pääsyä käytetään ainoastaan sovittujen palvelutehtävien suorittamiseen: postausten julkaisemiseen, arvosteluihin vastaamiseen ja kuukausiraportointiin. Pääsy peruutetaan asiakassuhteen päättyessä.

AI-työkalujen käyttö

Palvelun tuottamisessa käytetään tekoälytyökaluja (mm. Claude, Gemini) sisällön luonnoksiin ja raportointiin. Asiakkaan tunnistettavia henkilötietoja ei syötetä tekoälymalleihin.

Miten tietoja käytetään

  • Yhteydenottopyyntöihin vastaamiseen
  • Projektin suunnittelun ja toteutuksen helpottamiseen
  • Laskutukseen ja sopimusten hallintaan
  • Monthly Growth Partner -palvelun kuukausittaiseen raportointiin

Tietojen säilytys

Asiakastiedot poistetaan 3 vuoden kuluttua asiakassuhteen päättymisestä.

Tietojen turvallisuus

Viestintä tapahtuu SSL/TLS-salatun yhteyden kautta. Gmail-postilaatikko on suojattu kaksivaiheisella tunnistautumisella. Tietoja ei tallenneta julkisille palvelimille.

Emme käytä seurantaevästeitä. Käytämme localStorage-toimintoa ainoastaan kielivalintasi muistamiseen.

Summary

AIGhostTools collects only the data necessary to provide its services. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other purpose. The service is provided by Jelena (light entrepreneur via UKKO.fi).

What data we collect

When you send a brief or get in touch, we collect:

  • Name — for identification
  • Email address — for communication and invoicing
  • Message / brief content — to understand your project
  • Phone number — only if you provide it voluntarily
  • Business details — for website projects or Monthly Growth Partner service

Monthly Growth Partner — special note

In the Monthly Growth Partner service, the client grants AIGhostTools manager access to their Google Business Profile. This access is used solely to perform agreed service tasks: publishing posts, responding to reviews, and monthly reporting. Access is revoked when the service ends.

Use of AI tools

AI tools (including Claude and Gemini) are used to draft content and produce reports. No personally identifiable client data is entered into AI models.

How data is used

  • Responding to enquiries
  • Planning and delivering projects
  • Invoicing and contract management
  • Monthly reporting for Monthly Growth Partner clients

Data retention

Client data is deleted 3 years after the end of the client relationship.

Data security

All communication is encrypted via SSL/TLS. The Gmail inbox is protected with two-factor authentication. Data is not stored on public servers.
